All products are manufactured with virgin raw materials in food grade (BPA free) in a clean workshop. Our products meet EU standards, featuring neat surfaces with uniform color, fine gloss, and a perfect match between cap and bottle.
2. Do you accept small or trial orders?
Yes, we accept trial orders and mixed item orders. Small quantities are also acceptable when stock is available to help our customers start their projects.
3. Can I request a customized design or logo?
Absolutely! If you don't find a satisfied product in our current range, your unique design is welcome. Our professional team will work out the most effective solution for your customized requirements.
4. What are your shipping methods and sample policy?
Samples are free (freight collect) and sent via courier (DHL, UPS, FEDEX). For bulk orders, we suggest shipping by air or sea. You can use our suggested local agents or your own designated agent.
5. What is the typical lead time for an order?
Lead time for samples is within 3-7 days. For standard MOQ orders, the lead time is usually within 12 days after the order is confirmed.
6. What payment terms do you offer?
We offer EXW, FOB, CNF, and CIF terms. Common payment methods include T/T and L/C, typically with a 30% deposit and the balance paid before shipment. Other terms can be negotiated.
