What design services do you offer?
We provide free 2D and 3D design services for customer confirmation before mass production or sampling. We also offer full OEM and ODM support.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100pcs for each design, making it accessible for various business scales.
How long does sampling and production take?
Sample lead time is typically 3-5 days. Mass production generally takes 12-15 days after sample approval and receipt of payment, depending on order quantity.
What are your payment and delivery terms?
We accept EXW, FOB, and C&F delivery terms. Payment usually involves a 30% deposit prior to production and the balance after inspection but before shipment.
How do you handle quality issues post-sale?
By providing clear photos or videos of the issue, we will analyze the problem and provide a satisfactory solution within 24 hours.
