Process Flow Description
The system utilizes a light diesel oil burner with an automatic ignition system. Based on the 3T principle (Temperature, Time, Turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis and combustion. Tail gas is processed in a secondary combustion chamber with a gravity dust collector. High-temperature gas is cooled via a waste heat boiler, recycling steam for factory use. The standard gas is discharged through a chimney by an exhaust fan after passing through a spray system and dust collector.
Professional Manufacturing
As a recognized high-tech enterprise with professional environmental protection engineering qualifications, the factory has passed ISO9001:2015 international quality management certifications. Specializing in liquid, gas, and solid waste incinerators, the facility covers over 33,000 square meters. The range of solutions includes rotary kilns, RTO regenerative incinerators, and specialized medical waste systems.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
