The ACS-Pro is the entirely new standard recycling and pelletizing system with optimized super long L/D ratio, filtering ahead of vacuum degassing. It is specially suited to waste plastics such as high contaminated and heavily printed recycling and pelletizing.

Automatic Feeding Motor drives of conveyor belt and hauling device cooperate with inverter. Feeding speed is fully automatic based on the compactor load. Optional metal detectors can be integrated for safety.

Intelligent Sliding Gate Handles both hard and soft materials. It controls residence time for pre-drying and ensures only dry, clean material enters the barrel via PLC controlled forced feeding.

One-Button Control Intelligent interlocked system modules start via "one button only" to prevent manual operation errors. Emergency stop functions protect the entire system during operation.

High-Performance Extruder Screw adopts nitrided steel (38CrMoAlA) with CNC processing. Specialized design ensures polyolefin materials melt under lower temperatures and pressure even at high speeds.

Vacuum Degassing System Removes low molecules and moisture during melting. Consists of a water ring vacuum pump, filtering tank, and pressure gauges to handle heavily printed materials efficiently.
