We offer free 2D/3D design for customer confirmation before mass production, regular production feedback, quality inspections during and after production, and full OEM/ODM services.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We can send ready samples for quality testing (you only pay shipping) or create custom design samples based on your specific details or mold requirements.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100pcs for each design, making it accessible for home use brands and specialized grooming businesses.
What are your typical payment terms?
We require sample/mold costs prepaid prior to sampling. For mass production, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due after inspection and before shipment.
How long does sampling and mass production take?
Sample lead time is 3-5 days. Production lead time typically ranges from 12-15 days after sample approval and receipt of payment, depending on order quantity.
How do you handle quality problems after sales?
Simply provide clear photos or videos of the issue. We will study the problem and provide a satisfactory solution, such as replacements or refunds, within 24 hours of confirmation.
