Process Flow

This incinerator is a high temperature heat storage type furnace. Based on the 3T principles (Temperature, Time, Turbine flow), waste is ignited by an automatic system. Gases enter a secondary combustion chamber reaching 900 ºC for complete decomposition. The system includes a water-cooled cyclone dust collector and spray tower for acid-alkali neutralization, ensuring no black smoke and no smell before atmospheric discharge.
