Process Flow Description

Based on the 3T principle (Temperature, Time, Turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Light diesel oil initiates the process until set temperatures are reached. Tail gas is processed in a multi-hull secondary combustion chamber with gravity dust collectors.

High-temperature energy is recovered via waste heat boilers for factory steam use, and air heat exchangers are utilized for fresh air heating. Finally, the flue gas passes through a dust collector and spray system to meet atmospheric standards before discharge via the exhaust fan.
