Main Process Description
1 Blower activation to purge residual gases and prevent explosion risks.
2 Induced draft fan operation for five minutes before ignition; natural gas used for slow heating of the kiln.
3 Solid waste feeding via bucket elevator and hydraulic push device; oxygen control maintains 850ºC.
4 Flue gas enters the secondary chamber; ash is automatically discharged by a wet scraper.
5 High-temperature burning (1100ºC) in the secondary chamber for 2.0s+ to decompose organic matter and dioxins (99.99% efficiency).
6 SNCR reduction removes NOx; waste heat boiler produces 0.8mPAg saturated steam.
7 Semi-dry quench tower quickly reduces temperature to 200ºC within 1s to inhibit dioxin regeneration.
8 Carbon lime and activated carbon adsorption removes acidic components (HCl, NOx) and residual dioxins.
9 Air box bag filter removes fine dust; bypass system protects bags from abnormal temperatures.
10 SCR stripping system further removes nitrogen oxides.
11 Spray packing washing tower removes remaining acid gases.
12 Purified smoke is safely discharged through the chimney.
