A: Yes, we specialize in custom designs. We can develop products based on your artwork or pictures, add custom logos, and design packaging according to your requirements.
Q4: What is your sample policy?
A: We provide samples. Simple designs are approximately US$100/pc, while complex designs may cost more. All sample costs are refundable once the order reaches the MOQ.
Q5: How do you control product quality?
A: We control quality at every step: from raw material inspection to pre-production samples, inline monitoring during sewing, and final inspections by multiple skilled workers before packing.
Q6: What are your shipping options?
A: We support FOB, CIF, DDU, and Express terms. Shipping can be done by Sea (30-40 days), Air (5-7 days), or Express (approx. 5 days) depending on your needs.
