Process Flow Description

The light diesel oil delivery to the burner through the oil pipeline, the automatic ignition system make the furnace temperature rising slowly. When the temperature reaches set temperature, the waste conveying system sends smashed particles into the combustion chamber via a high-pressure fan. According to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion.

Tail gas is burned again in the secondary combustion chamber with high-temperature oxidation. This chamber features a multi-hull type with three gravity dust collectors. Flue gas then passes through a waste heat boiler for cooling and steam recycling, followed by an air heat exchanger and dust collectors to remove tiny particles and recycle metal oxides. Finally, the standard gas is discharged through the chimney via an exhaust fan.
