Features 35% more space inside the cutting chamber with a built-in hydraulic ram. Variable fast movement ensures efficient size reduction while occupying less space.
Trommel
Effectively removes stones, dust, loose caps, and small metallic contaminants from the material stream.
Prewasher
Stainless steel separation tank with motorized valves and automatic level control. Uses compressor blowers to inject air for enhanced cleaning.
Friction Washer
Stainless steel housing with a high-speed rotor. Designed with outside mounted bearings and a 3mm hole screen for efficient water discharge.
Separation Tank & Control
Separates contaminants based on gravity. Features multi-chamber version for higher separation efficiency and PLC-controlled force ventilated motors.
