Process Flow Description

The light diesel oil delivery to the burner through the oil pipeline, the automatic ignition system make the furnace temperature rising slowly. When it reaches set temperature, the waste conveying system sends particles through a crusher device into the combustion chamber via high-pressure fan. According to 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidative pyrolysis. Tail gas is burned again in a secondary multi-hull chamber featuring three gravity dust collectors. Waste heat is recycled into steam via a boiler, and precious metal oxides are recovered. After cooling and advanced filtration through a spray system, standard gas is discharged via the exhaust fan.
