Process Flow Description
Diesel fuel is delivered through an oil pipeline to the burner. The automatic ignition system gradually elevates furnace temperature, reaching the set point in half an hour. Waste is then conveyed, crushed, and introduced into the combustion chamber via a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbulence), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Post-burning, tail gas undergoes secondary high-temperature oxidation in a multi-hull secondary chamber with three gravity dust collectors. Flue gas is cooled in a waste heat boiler, and gases enter a dust collector for fine particle removal. The spray system completes dust removal, ensuring emissions meet standards before chimney discharge.
