Equipment Composition
The system consists of a furnace body, gas injector, liquor atomizer, burner, air blower, electric control system, waste gas surge tank, air preheater, waste heat boiler, cooling air valve, cloth bag dust collector, exhaust fan, chimney, fuel supply line and control, waste gas conveying control system, and waste liquid pipeline system.
Process Flow Description
The incinerator features a cylindrical refractory lining. The automatic burner ignition ensures the furnace temperature increases gradually. Once the temperature reaches approximately 800ºC, the gas transmission and waste liquid systems open, introducing materials into the furnace for combustion. An automatic temperature control system maintains optimal combustion conditions to ensure non-toxic, harmless, smokeless, and odorless discharge. High-temperature smoke passes through an air preheater and waste heat boiler to produce steam for factory use. The flue gas is then cooled to below 250ºC before entering the cloth bag dust collector for final treatment.
Note: This equipment is not suitable for burning sulfur, halogen classes, or flame retardant materials where organic concentrations are within explosion limits.

Frequently Asked Questions
What types of exhaust gas can this incinerator handle?
It is designed for industrial mixed exhaust gas, inflammable gases, paint exhaust, and certain toxic or explosive gases that are stable under high temperatures.
Does the system support energy recovery?
Yes, the system includes an air preheater and waste heat boiler to reclaim thermal energy and produce steam for factory use, reducing overall running costs.
What safety features are integrated into the equipment?
Safety is prioritized with multi-grade fire resisting devices, explosion control units, and emergency exhaust systems.
What is the typical service life of the HR-Q model?
With proper maintenance, the equipment is designed for a service life of 10 to 15 years.
Are there any materials that cannot be treated?
This equipment is not suitable for materials containing sulfur, halogen classes, or flame retardants where organic concentrations fall within explosion limits.
How is the temperature controlled during combustion?
The system uses an automatic temperature control system and PC-controlled whirl flux devices to maintain a stable 800ºC environment for complete combustion.
