Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?
Free for standard items, only need to charge Express fee properly. Customized samples need to charge sample fee, which is refundable after placing order.
What is the lead time for samples?
It depends on which style is, usually it takes 7-15 days.
What is the lead time for delivery?
It is about 30-40 days after confirmation. Products in stock can be shipped within a week.
Can I have our own design?
Sure, we offer OEM and ODM service, we can do customized style, logo, packing, etc.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the MOQ is 500-1000 pcs, but we also can accept small quantity orders for some products.
How to deliver the products?
By sea or by air or by courier like DHL, UPS, Fedex.
